Easter Brunch Buffet in the Archibald Cochran Ballroom, Adults: $45 • 5-12: $15 • 4 and under free. Celebrate the day with a fantastic spread of home cooking favorites, including pastries, jams and jellies, bacon, sausage, Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, grits, carved roast beef and glazed ham, omelets, fried and grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, collard greens, grilled salmon, steamed vegetables, and a variety of desserts. Enjoy an omelet station, made to order waffles, quiche, fresh baked plain & chocolate croissants, white wine poached shrimp, salads, prime rib and lamb carving stations, herb roasted chicken, blackened salmon, coffee and chili rubbed pork loin and Chef's selection of desserts.
