Bourbon City Package Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Bourbon City Package Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of Kentucky and Indiana and are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of the Galt House Hotel as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry Period:

1. The Giveaway begins on August 4, 2023 and ends on August 31, 2023 at 11:59PM (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter:

1. Participants can enter the Giveaway by following all of these steps: Following @thegalthousehotel on Instagram, liking the “Giveaway” post, tagging three friends in the “Giveaway” post, and sharing the “Giveaway” post to their story on Instagram.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.

Prize:

1. The prize consists of the “Bourbon City Package” which includes a stay at The Galt House Hotel, two Galt House rocks glasses, and a distillery tour or tasting at Michter’s Fort Nelson on Whiskey row.
2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
2. The winner will be notified via social media direct message within 7 days of the Giveaway’s end.
3. If the selected winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, an alternate winner may be chosen.

Publicity Release:

1. By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Galt House Hotel the right to use their name, likeness, and content submitted for promotional purposes related to the Bourbon City Package Giveaway without further compensation or notification.

Liability and Release:

1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Galt House Hotel and its respective affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

Compliance with Laws:

1. Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to participate in the Giveaway and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kentucky and Indiana, and any disputes arising from or related to the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kentucky and Indiana.

Modification or Termination:

1. Galt House Hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Privacy:

1. Personal information collected for the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
