Lobster Feast Fun Galt House executive chef Brian Riddle normally dons his toque and white jacket to oversee the preparation of such traditional dishes as tenderloins, steaks, chops, seafood and shrimp. But 2009 is off to a delightfully quirky and bustling beginning for Riddle. Just last week he created a 375-pound frozen birthday treat for Timmy, a 50-year-old western lowland gorilla at the Louisville Zoo. And this weekend, Riddle, 42, will pull off a crustacean caper. His mission: Serve 2,300 pounds of piping hot cold-water lobsters to 800 bibbed diners. Riddle is in charge of the kitchen for Saturday's Lobster Feast 2009: Lobsters Just Wanna Have Fun -- the annual fundraiser for Actors Theatre of Louisville.
