Galt House Hotel Offering Severe Weather Special Room Rates

What:
Louisville-area residents plagued by power outages, flooding or other repercussions from the severe weather and storms that hit the region this morning are invited to stay at the Galt House Hotel. As with other instances when the region was hit by severe weather, the hotel's "Inclement Weather Rate" is in effect until all power is restored throughout the community. Galt House is offering discounted rates of $79 for a Deluxe RIVUE Tower guest room, and $99 for an Executive SUITE Tower guest room (rates listed are pre-tax).

In addition, all seven restaurant and lounge venues within the hotel complex are open and ready to serve. Galt House has plenty of dining options from which to choose.

When:
The "Inclement Weather Rate" is available for open guest rooms, and is in effect until all power is restored throughout the community (as determined by Louisville Gas & Electric), or flooding has subsided throughout the metropolitan area. The discounted rates are applicable to available inventory on a first come first served basis. Galt House reserves the right to rescind the "Inclement Weather Rate" as deemed necessary.
