IT IS AN EXHIBIT HALL LARGER THAN MOST HOTEL BALLROOMS

Ideal for meeting and convention planners, our hotel's exhibit areas and meeting space consists of more than 124,000 square feet, which is a perfectly sized facility for hosting tradeshows, conferences and conventions.

EXHIBIT HALL
The Exhibit Hall consists of over 13,000 square feet of booth space and is fully carpeted with easy access to the loading dock. This area can accommodate 64 8-by-10-foot booths and has 20-foot ceilings. It is directly across the hall from the Grand Ballroom. For additional exhibit hall space there are two close meeting rooms for a total 15,863 sq. ft. The hall has easy access to multiple break out rooms, plus The UPS Store is located just around the corner.

GRAND BALLROOM
Located in the SUITE Tower, the Grand Ballroom has over 23,000 square feet of divisible, column-free space. It is fully carpeted and directly across from the Exhibit Hall. The ballroom has hosted many high-profile events with famous celebrities attending from galas to kick-off luncheons, such as the Thunder Over Louisville Luncheon, Julep Ball and many more. The ballroom can seat up to 2,288 people while accommodating 119 8-by-10-foot exhibit booths.

ARCHIBALD COCHRAN BALLROOM
Located in the RIVUE Tower, a breathtaking $2 million renovation was completed in January 2010. It offers 16,226 square feet of divisible, column free space. It features glass doors leading out to a balcony overlooking the Belvedere Park. It has a banquet capacity of 1,080 and the ability to exhibit 80 booths.
