Thelma’s is a 24-hour deli, coffee shop and gift boutique in the Conservatory that presents fantastic views of the waterfront and the downtown Fourth Street Live! entertainment district. It’s a great place to relax over a cup of Cappuccino or, the ultimate indulgence, a caramel and white chocolate macchiato. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can grab a quick bite from a selection of fresh fruit salad, bagels, Danish, deli sandwiches and ice cream. Additionally, Thelma’s has souvenirs, sundries and newspapers. For your convenience we’re open 24 hours daily.

The Conservatory, which spans Fourth Street and links the hotel’s SUITE Tower and RIVUE Tower, is an impressive glass-domed great room. Modeled after the Crystal Palace in London, the Conservatory is decorated with tropical plants and contains an aviary with exotic and colorful songbirds.
